On this 4-Lot, 8-Acre Commercial Subdivision Ridgetop’s team completed design for all Utility Infrastructure, internal Roadway Design, and Stormwater Management.  Full Entitlement, Civil Design, and Transportation Design efforts were required in order to obtain the necessary permits from the City of Commerce City and Colorado Department of Transportation.
