Project Description
Ridgetop’s team provided full services for this project including Planning, Entitlement Acquisition, Civil Site Design, and Transportation Design. Project included 4,400 LF of new roadway, water and sanitary sewer main, stormwater detention and water quality to accommodate 405 multi-family units and 592 rental storage units. Total project encompassed over 50.0 acres and included planning for 32 acres of future development.
