Project Description
Ridgetop’s team provided Entitlement procurement, Civil Site Design, and Permitting on this 8.0-acre project which included a 9,000 sf building expansion, fire line loop, new paved parking lot, and the addition of a stormwater management facility. Frontage improvements were designed and constructed to accommodate the additional traffic generated by the expansion.
